Hey guys, you know what, I would love to see Chelsea and Spurs win.
Then it will make us go against Chelsea in the semi final, and lastly facing Spurs in the final.
Isn't making you to feel good even to think about it. hahaha rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

There were rumours of kuyt leaving in january as he was not getting enough games.I think he will have to make way if we want the likes of hazard as our owners are very strict with wage policy.Kenny don't seem to rate kuyt as he plays bit part role nowadays.

Arsenal were preparing a club-record four-year contract worth in the region of £18million (£90,000-per-week) to keep Van Persie.

Holy shit carrol is on higher wage than RVP!

The 22-year-old striker, who has scored only four times for his new club, has a deal worth £60,000 a week basic but he is also paid an additional £10,000 for his image rights and a further £5,000 for each appearance.

I saw this funny comment on the article £10,000 for image rights? What image is that for? Drinking lager in city centres? I swear Liverpool were mugged in this deal.

Carroll is beginning to look like a 20Mil pound Striker and Downing only looks like a 6Mil pound Winger, Enrique is worth his every salt , whereas Adam too is worth his salt so far. Henderson is looking like a 15Mil pound Midfielder with his sharp passing of late. ( not many though)

I would like to see more of Jonjo than Spearing as Spearing always got raped by bigger sized players.

We should get RVP instead of Carroll looking at the wage list. RVP is underpaid IMO. Countless times RVP carried Arsenal throughout a game. Cut Carroll's/Downing/Henderson paycheck and get RVP instead. He's worth 120-150k at least.

That's what I would like to happen but we all know the consenquences of players leaving a premier league club for another; especially the top guns. Just ask Ashley Cole, and Torres rclxms.gif

I don't think Kuyt leaving is such a shocker anymore. He seldom gets playing time nowadays and I don't think Kenny has him in his plans for Liverpool. Plus if he wants to play for Euro with the Dutch, he needs to be amongst the starting XI regularly. I don't think anyone would blame Kuyt if he does leave. Time for new generation of players to come to Ainfield.

@Solstice - What do you think of my Carroll's sig? brows.gif

the big problem with Torres at chelsea is - confidence
if he got his confidence back,he'll be a messiah for chelsea..and one more thing,he cant score if the supply sucks! biggrin.gif
*
True but confidence or not, 5 goals in like 50 appearances at a supposedly "bigger" club is horrendous. I expected him to still score 15-20 goals a season not ... 5 since being there for more than a year. And the thing is, he hasn't got injured at Chelsea whereas he was in and out of the team here at Liverpool.

QUOTE(leftist @ Feb 21 2012, 10:28 AM)
sturridge not same as torres..he can dribble unlike torres..for torres u need to give him one on one with keeper..only then he'll score..as long as he got the confidence laaa biggrin.gif
*
Torres can dribble la tongue.gif but something is just wrong when a striker being played as a right winger scores more goals than you can as a striker.

If Kuyt goes, it will be a massive loss to Liverpool. Liverpool should extend his stay for another 1-2 years seriously. He could't be worse than Henderson! Come on.

Kuyt has a knack of scoring important goals for Liverpool, and I can't remember the number of times his goals saved us from blushes and won key games.

If he does leave this summer, which i hope he doesn't, he can hold his head up high as he will be reverred as a KOP legend .

But I guess it's not just in FSG's policy to keep players till ages of 34, especially if they don't contribute alot but well, the same can be said about Carragher and Gerrard who are 34 and 32 this year.

Kuyt's presence is equally important because he's one of the senior players in the side but I guess it's just football that at that age, you don't start many games because of the arrival of the younger players.

I love Kuyt and he has always scored important goals for us. Even though he frustrates the hell out of me sometimes, I wouldn't want to see him leave Liverpool without a winner's medal and a cup double this season would do just nice for the team wink.gif

I am a bit worried for the likes of carroll, henderson, enrique, adam and spearing who haven't experienced a final that they maybe overwhelmed by the occasion.
Fortunately we have plenty of experience in our side with most of the players having played in cup finals.

Hopefully this week a naked girl run across the field at the end of the game. brows.gif
