Hi,

I have boooked a unit with facing KLCC view (M type). Having said that, I would think the air ventilation/circulation will not be as good as other type of unit because the M type unit is designed to be rearward between others and blocked by a/c. What do u guys think?

Can anyone upload some site photos here? I am just curious. I drive passed Central Residence everyday and seem like no one is working there. They don't even have the crane light on at night. I am wonder if there is people still working at the site.

Anyone has any update will be very much appreciated.

Normally , the crane use at nite is to pour concrete. The progress seem slow. Even The Leaf nearby progress is picking up faster than central residence.

I am really appreciate if someone can update me what is actually going on at site. A latest photos will be very much appreciated.

Leafz senior mgt have very good experience with mont Kiara developments n definitely very professional to do buildup to running condo etc

I am not surprise with their speed . Those days they use to build one floor a week ! And deliver almost 6 months ahead of schedule.

Our CENTRAL I not sure .
I hope they will deliver ahead .

I read that the building industry biggest problem is getting the migrant workers to work .

The current few LRT PROJECTS has offer very high pay n grab a lot workers Etc all these private n public developments ( govt projects ) are carried out at same period and so it is not surprise competing for grabbing workers Etc

So it is not surprise that the project that gives highest pay will grab the worker to work for them !
Indeed project expenses goes up due to shortfall in workers n higher pay for them .

I heard that rm 100 per day for Indo worker is not really big pay n they are getting more these days ... Local clerks are paid even lower !!!

So it's really tough for construction n developers suddenly face with this short fall of workers ..

Parking - I hope the parking floor are quality type for Central . If parking floors are not well done, can lead to water clogged floors with no drainage etc

Currently the parking floors at Midfields condo are undergoing repair Etc some car park floors are under repair .. Some sections after rain will clogged with water pools and very difficult for tenants to walk on water pools to reach their cars etc the repairs are quite slow when digging the cement car park floors - not sure what repairs they are doing ..
The condo grounds inner roads at Block A get flooded sometimes if very thunderstorms rains . Two weeks ago, saw that condo inner road leading to block A was quite flooded and a car got stucked in the deep waters . ...

I do that after heavy rain . My shoes walking on "water clogged pools" in the 8A car park ....their car park is two tiers for each number eg 2a, 2b etc
So 8A is how many floors n you can imagine !

My other condo I own at Gembira Residenz at Tmn Gembira - their car park floors are glazed type like those parking lots at Curve or ikea type .
That's look nice and clean -cut parking n well ventilated n brightly lit. Parking lots are huge for each lot and
No Tendam parking . Side by side only . Each unit is Pre planned ahead when you buy . Obviously the most expensive gets lower floors parking and more parking lots .
It's not a first come first grab parking policy !!

Compare between this 2 photos. First photos taken by one of our member on 11 May 2013 and another photo taken today. Seem like nothing much happened for a month. I am getting worry now. Guess i need to drive to the site to get a closer look if there is a worker working during day time. If someone drive through there, please help to take a photos too. Really appreciate everyone contribution.

I am worry this is going to be another fail project.

It will be appreciated that this developer sent info to us owners update their development stage .

It's a good policy . - to update the owners the stage and next steps of development .
How much does it cost to send a common email ?

Meantime, seringin condo at jln senang ria that road of luxurious condo - is almost finished the entire block n only need bricks to cover the walls n windows Etc

Midfields Square shops already completed . Dec 2012 it was still ground floor n construction n cement to put up floor by floor . Now MAY 2013 , entire blocks of the shops full delivery stage. I look down from my window at midfields condo, I can see each construction stage from nothing to be a 4 storey fully completed office blocks for delivery.

Anyone spoke to Yuk Tung to find out what STAGE of development they are undertaking ?
