Is there anyone facing problem in getting back deposit for withdrawal?
It's been nearly 3 months, I still haven't received the refund.
I called yuk tung many times, they kept asking me to wait.

I got scolded by the sales agent rudely when I called up to withdraw.
I just want to get back my deposit and end the case ASAP.
I feel very unhappy every time I think about it.

Sorry to hear that. If after escalated to yuk tung's manager also no response, maybe you can email to complain to their CEO. Member forum, CityDude got the CEO email address.

CityDude ignored me when I pm'ed (in march) to ask how he/she got the car park problem solved

I see, duno who still got the CEO email here. Maybe when u call yuk tung again, u can ask for the CEO email. Think like that, they will speed things up also.

I think no use to deal with sale agent. Better go direct to the management since they are not acting fast.

1) I wrote to CEO to settle my tendam parking.
The Gm Of marketing asked me go to their office settle and gave me side by side parking and a revised S&P.

2) Any big problem, just direct your addressee to the CEO OF YUK TUNG.
you don't bother his name.
Just put : to the CEO
Address to the Yuk Tung HQ address.

Keep a copy for your filing.
They are very slow to reply . That's u need to call and be tough. Ask what is happening.

I think I'm too soft and kind, i need to be tough.
Every time i called them, they kept asking me to wait '2~3 weeks', until now it's been many '2~3 weeks'.

If they give me back the deposit in the past nearly 3 months, I won't be here to complain.
They are challenging my patience.

Ya sometimes we gotta be assertive for this kind of money related matter.

At the beginning, management asked me to talk to the sales agent first.
Then ended up I got scolded rudely by the sales agent
I called back the management and said I didn't want to deal with the sales agent anymore.

The sales agent focuses on the short term profit only by hitting current sales target, and doesn't mind whether I will be interested in yuk tung's project in future.
This unpleasant experience makes me want to ignore yuk tung's future project.

Besides, when I was signing the booking form, I was about to read the content first, but the sales agent asked me to read at home...
We need to read carefully before signing black & white, don't we?

Maybe the deposit amount is considered very small to their project/investment, but it's very huge to those who work so hard and spend as lesser as possible just to save that amount of deposit.
Or they target high income buyers only?

Are u a buyer, sales agent, yuk tung's internal staff, or...?

Common, I bought 25th floor the SOHO
This is one of the most expensive units of the entire building of Soho as its the few highest tiers or storeys etc

In return they allocate me a lousy tendam car park n lousy floor !
What is the use of buying the highest n pay the highest ?
What is their allocation policy .
I might as well buy 5th floor n pay so much lower and still get better car park allocation .

Any other development that you know where u select the highest floor and get lousy car parks ?

That is why I so mad n wrote to CEO
Their sales people are useless to me and can only say he did his best after signing my sales ?
I told him that if I knew I get that stupid car park allocations of tendam ( up/down) I would not even buy any unit . And I expect to be treated VIP as I buy few most expensive and not the cheapest !!!

I wrote in the letter to CEO that i am very very frustrated and regret my purchase.

I waited a while and then only got call to meet the senior marketing management .

I mail and email the letter .
So there is no reason why my mail went missing or not read .
