I just signed the S&P yesterday for The Court. The lawyer told me the developer not even start the piling. The sales man told me next year end will be completed.. I doubt.

Has anyone start to serve the interest?

S&P signed early June, until today I am yet to receive a copy! Email lawyer firm, no respond!! My friend bought Shamelin Star 1 month later than me and already received his copy of S&P.

I ald wrote in and given final reminder to this Rajah Lau and Associates firm at Megan Avenue. If I don't hear from them by Wednesday, I will file in to Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Board of Malaysia! I am serious

Received letter from developer today claiming the first 10% of completion of the work below ground level for the court.. Anyone else received the letter?
