selling price of the Court was increased 3% sometime around end-Feb 2013, as per what my sales agent told me.

I book my unit before the price increased... biggrin.gif

As prices for condo for mid level std condo hit pass 600k, anyone getting a 80% loan will need RM120k as down payment to bank plus RM 20k plus for lawyers fee ( both sides) and only can dare say buy a condo.

It's tough. The point to worry is if economy lapse, the bank will suffer NPL.
that will trigger a sell down and Lelong market.

I rather market holds steady and not simply bluffing going up due to goreng Pisang market, and all suffer .
