Is there anyone facing problem in getting back deposit for withdrawal?
It's been nearly 3 months, I still haven't received the refund.
I called yuk tung many times, they kept asking me to wait.

I got scolded by the sales agent rudely when I called up to withdraw.
I just want to get back my deposit and end the case ASAP.
I feel very unhappy every time I think about it.

I think I'm too soft and kind, i need to be tough.
Every time i called them, they kept asking me to wait '2~3 weeks', until now it's been many '2~3 weeks'.

If they give me back the deposit in the past nearly 3 months, I won't be here to complain.
They are challenging my patience.

The sales agent focuses on the short term profit only by hitting current sales target, and doesn't mind whether I will be interested in yuk tung's project in future.
This unpleasant experience makes me want to ignore yuk tung's future project.

Besides, when I was signing the booking form, I was about to read the content first, but the sales agent asked me to read at home... shakehead.gif
We need to read carefully before signing black & white, don't we?

Maybe the deposit amount is considered very small to their project/investment, but it's very huge to those who work so hard and spend as lesser as possible just to save that amount of deposit.
Or they target high income buyers only? hmm.gif

I already told management that I got scolded, many times, when I called them for refund.
Maybe I should write a formal complain letter to them.

The sales agent also simply gave our phone numbers to other people.
We received calls on promoting their insurance package.

No lar, I didn't get scolded by the management, I got scolded by the sales agent.
