Guys. The Sony Nex didn't come with the body and lens cap right? Either that or I lost mine. If so, where to buy replacement ar??

Today went to lowyat and sungai wang there....
ask some shop there...
most of them only got single lens package ... some sell rm21XX, some sell rm22XX... with free gift...

Only one shop there offer me rm26xx for twin lens kit with some free gift....

The NEX-5 with Sony E 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 Active OSS should come with a body cap. Not sure about the NEX-7.

Between F3 and 5N is quite tough choice.
Well, F3 its tilt-able flash is a killer function.

While 5N i believe it has got better ISO performance ? I'm not so sure.
Recently I keep find iso performance between F3 and 5N but its no avail

For me I'm ok with anything as long as the camera does better in iso performance

I guess F3 has better grip as well due to its bigger size

rm1k should be reasonable...
LOL got some one offer me rm650.. thinks its a compact...

Guys.. Should i get C3 or F3 ? Switching from Canon G12. Seen a lot of shop there are no stocks for it .

Any F3 user can share where u guys get it from?

Lens cap mean cover the front side of lens one? it should included for every lens.
if u say the cap that cover the back mount of lens, then no.
I get only one for twin lens.

many place got sell, KLCC sony center, pudu plaza got one camera shop also got sell...

Since you are going to buy, try to snap one thing with 1 mem card but diff camera can ?

Ori battery price around RM240+, you may also buy the battery package (ACC-FWGA) with pink lens cap carry case + pink cloth + pink.. u go see la haha . The HVL-F20S flash is the bigger tiltable flash maybe around RM390+ . Shopping around probably would give you better prices.

For girls casual or advance use, F3 is very good. Self Potraits, CamW***e made easy, in pink. Going out for group photo also easier. No worry about 'clicking' sound of the 5n. It probably needs a good pancake lens, otherwise quite bulky in a handbag.

Tried out one at Sony store just now and the differences to me are:
- 180degrees articulate screen, but can't tilt downwards as much as the older model.
- charging via USB cable
- separate doors for the memory card and battery. However the memory card door is not latched and give me the impression that it is less secure. I don't like this.
- Some new Superior Auto + ( Wah.. got golden icon)
- Abit heavier than the 5N.

Pink ??? i prefer black.. maybe you mixedWinrider together
Will buy NEX-5ND next friday if nothing go wrong...

if i want to take picture like this,what lens is the best?
currently i'm using nex 5n

dannychoo is using basically err.. two or three lenses.
But this one I guess is either 24mm f1.8 zeiss or 18-55mm lens.

Basically go for 18-55mm the normal kit lens, or the 30mm f/3.5 macro if you want.

well the sigma 30mm f/2.8 non macro also very good.

Guys, any of you have experience buying lens from ebay or not? I saw a few cheap manual prime lens on ebay and was wondering if I buy the things will come here ok or not and whether will kena tax or not ar?

Camera and lenses are not liable to tax in here anyway.

Not sure whether how good it is, but definitely good for macro since it is a macro lens anyway.
portrait wise i reckon sigma 30mm 2.8 better since it has a little bigger aperture,
and it is cheaper definitely
