Is it true I heard the new civic hybrid is no longer using 1.3 hybrid and is using 1.5 instead. Same engine as 1.5 insight?

I just told service center many problems (which I not sure), in case there was anything I missed.  I didnt know the absorber was leaking.  Next time I will tell them engine noise, gearbox not smooth, jerks etc, air cond not strong, brake got sound etc, so they will check everything and replace them if necessary.

You seems like not too happy with your Insight. So far my only complain to Honda is the reverse sensor was unstable. But after the replacement, ok liao for me. No more complain.

I use Ron 95 since day 1. So far pickup and acceleration is fine with me (my previous car was Wira 1.5)

I just collected my new Honda Insight FL 2012 - Aqua Metallic.

And i gotta say I LIKE IT!!! absolutely no regret in choosing this over Prius C.

The dash is stunning.. overall experience is cool. I don't care what other cars engine could do or more powerful..etc ..etc.

To me - the overall driving experience with this car is excellent!. Great comfort and good screen UI ! Believe it or not, instead of hating..I love the auto engine stop feature as well.. everytime it stops i feel happy smile.gif i am saving fuel hehe..

Very very nice car i would recommend.

bro no worries..experience b4..was worried also till I read the manual..there are few conditions where it does that..if the car engine is cold..auto stop at an incline, battery level is lower, so it stop the auto stop..just read the manual ya..haha..I had the same experience as well..

Bro, during the auto stop it fires up for 1 sec and engine off back to auto-stop again? mine has been like this since day 1 and after 6 months still happens and it happened when the engine is not cold (after driven for half an hour) and when it's incline it won't auto stop.

It is normal... It happen to my car... I believe it is due to our brake paddle you try this press the brake paddle firmly even after the car stop usually when car stop we relax the brake paddle a little causing the hydraulic fluid pressure to drop sensing the auto-start-stop mechanism to fire up the engine

U might want to include the weight of both cars for comparison. Comparable power to weight ratio i think...

Hey guys, a dumb question - as I can only do servicing on Saturdays (weekdays working and would like to send my car to sc personally instead of seeking SA's help though they said they can help to pick up and send back to my office), can I actually do my 1st 1k service abit after 1k but within the 1month period or it has to be by definte within 1k? Coz mine on average around 350km per week, so, i may need to service when it touches 700km on 2nd week if it has to be strictly within 1k.

Your advise please. wink.gif

I did my second service 2 weeks after 3 months(my mileage was less than 5k), the SC guy told me still can service but as long as my third service is within the 6 months from the day i got my car, the service charge is still free.

BTW My car is 6 months and still below 5k tongue.gif u think i drive too less?
