for those who worship RON97!!! hahaha unless you driving a Sports car else RON97 is waste of money!!!
*
yeah...totally agree. since our car is not high compression engine, there is totally waste on higher octance fuel.
Even for high performance car like civic type R, with modern engine the ECU will auto adjust the timing and cope with the lower octance fuel. what u lose just few horse power.

another tip to try, make sure ur pin number is correct and never change before.
to test it out, arm ur alarm and open ur door with the key. then now is turn to key in ur pin number that attach to ur spare key.

if correct pin entered, the alarm will stop. this also a good change for u to test the timing smile.gif but of cos noisy la...

i believe la...after turn the ignition ON (key position at II), u must wait 15sec or more before start to key in the pin numbers. take a stop watch with u smile.gif

Added on February 13, 2012, 12:38 amI am now very interest to enable the "Activation of automatic system arming" feature. from the description it mean that
"This function enables the automatic arming of the system after the engine has been switched off and the door on the driver's side has been opened and closed within 30sec"

what we currently have now is when we disarm the car and never open any door, the alarm will auto lock back the car after certain of time.

what i worry is that chances the car key will be lock inside will be getting higher...

Should be ok since the auto arming happens when the engine is switched off and driver door has been opened. U can also test whether the auto arm still engages if the key is still in the slot. Insight have sensor for key e.g beeping if u open the door while leaving the key in slot. Keep your window open while testing this or u might want to keep your spare key around.

I have a bad experience last time, with my old car, when my car keys were still inside and engine running, the alarm suddenly autolock.  doh.gif
*
i also has that bad experience >.<
that time the wireman was debuging some wiring at the engine bay there. then we start the car n close the door...

Hi gadget2us, I had tried many time but still fail.
Question :
1) which key u used to switch ON (spare key or remote control key)?
2) after successful key in the last digit pin code, what indicator light on the LED?
*
1. Either keys should work.I use the remote control key.
2. The car signal will blink one time (so call indicator light also)

if this happen on to you and u want to double confirm. stop ur car and turn off ur radio and also the air con, go to passenger side and listen to behind the dashboard.

or what u can do is open the glovebox and check this out.

Our car air con has 2 motor working on it. the bottom one that i circle in red and also the top one (black color without circle). after some checking i found out the problem was the bottom one (circle in red). through my observation n trial and error, i notice this motor is adjust according to the temperature we set. what happen is and dont know why, it cant settle itself. it keep on trying to adjust something n make the kik kok kik kok sound even the air con has been turn off.

what i had done is unplug the wiring and connect it back, so far no problem already. if it happen again then i will ignore it and report this to honda during my 15k service.

the top motor just simply adjust the direction of the air like blow to windscreen, leg or the driver...etc

My insight vibrate when idling, sometime engine almost off, RPM drop then climb back again, service center cleaned the throttle body, but problem still exist.  Anyone has the same problem?

The rear absorbers oil leaks, order replacement already.

The front and rear bumper hit by neighbors' guests during CNY when they have parties, spray job cost RM600 for front and back bumper.
*
seem like the stock absorber is really fragile woo...i think so far few members also having this problem already.
how you find out the oil leak? you check it n report or the SC mention to u?

this weekend i going to service my car also, need to ask them check the absorber for me liao la...then also my air con that making some weird sound. but the problem is intermittent, i also dont know how to tell them...haiz...
