I am considering booking for Insight also, but when I read about this auto stop start function, I don't feel very comfortable with this kind of function. If we are driving in KL for example on Friday, normally the car will be stucked in jam for like 1 hour. So the car might be moving very slowly in the jam. So I am wondering, the air con will then auto shut off for 1 hour?? or It will keep auto stop and start for that 1 hour period?? Isn't that very uncomfortable if the weather is hot in the middle of KL?

I'm planning to do the PPS coating (heard about RM800++) to protect the white pearl color.
For tinted screen, I was being offered RM1.7k or RM2.5k for 4 mil package by branded tint shop. I feel a bit expensive because I can get 4mil with other non-famous-branded for about RM500.

I saw some threads offer much lower price for the same brand but I don't see it available in Penang. Any advice for me please...thanks.

Branded stuffs are always expensive than normal brand... imo rm1.7k is quite reasonable for branded film, but still depends on the spec of tinted film.

Side is about 90+%, front and rear are 70~75%, can't remember exactly.
The 2nd option is front/rear also 90+% with higher price.

I'm just worried that the workmanship of the not-so-branded tinted shop, will they somehow 'damage' my power window and void the warranty?

Or u tell which brand you want, let SA make it for you, at least any "accident" happened he/she can settle for you. But make sure not kena potong by SA.

Just got my new car on Saturday.  1st day using it for a longer distance to work this morning.  However am still not very used to the auto stop function, expecially during the period of congested traffic (sigh...the morning kl rush hour).  The auto stop doesn't stay long though am pressing the brake paddle (with the same pressure) and also, it's kind of uneasy when it was stucked at the jam, as the engine was feeling like it was going to auto stop (since the speed is rather slow, or about to auto stop in a jam) and juggle in between restarting engine and stopping engine.  May I ask how do you guys manage it to work smoother?  Thanks!

which dealer? as i tried to find but end-up all insight stock already finish...kinda sad as i wanted the dark blue color...neway...any honda service centre provide 10k service for insight? i think i read it before got SC that give 10k service interval instead of 5k interval...

I was told that the autostop will only stop the air cond when your temperature in the car is lower than the climate temperature. Let say u set at 19 degree, the car climate temperature is about 20 or 21. The engine will auto stop but then the air cond will still on. Thats what i heard from my SA. Anyone can comment on this?

I am not sure if the temperature is governing the Auto Stop i only felt that the Auto Stop stays longer under hot wheather probably around 90secs. But when it's rainy or colder day the Auto Stop last shorter and it started the engine around 30secs or less.

im curious about this also, why the Auto Stop become shorter in rainy day?
