I've had the yakjuxw, then to AOPK, AOPK+franco, back to yakjuxw and now to yakju 4.0.2 (stock, no cwm recovery). I feel the original 4.0.1 yakjuxw uses less battery than AOPK or AOPK+franco and jakju 4.0.2 .. but well, probably my battery is still not enough 'conditioned' .. so, will see what is next Next will probably go for AOPK milestone 3 when it is out ..

Added on January 19, 2012, 12:35 pmAnybody else ordered Melkco from carrymobile? It has been many days since I ordered mine and it stills stuck in "Processing" mode. I believe when I bought mine, it was still in stock .. and checking their ordering page right now, their stock is at -5? Shouldn't they put out of stock instead of letting the customer waiting? Thinking of canceling the order now.

mine no screen tint or visible black streats at any brightness, played around and its pretty clean or possibly i'm not looking at the right areas lol

however i still worrying about the heat =.=

i dunno...might be cuz i'm new to smartphone world but i still feel worried about the heat, but seems like almost everyone here finds it normal

i ordered SP from one guy in subang but he by mistake sent ipod nano SP...haha he was generous to return me the money but now I dont have any SP...do you guys have any contact/info to buy cheap SP for few days. I will be getting XO may be 2 weeks later.

but like that will replace all my existing file, and i need to do a clean wipe again nooo

(thats why SGP don't do full screen on their dry SP for nexus).. i went collect myself..

no wipe is needed, just place the zip files in sdcard and flash the image. But of course you must make sure that its comptible with the ROM you are using first

Thanks for the info..I will check if can get. But for time being it will be fine right? or you keep on using default logo one SP? I would have used it if no logo had been there

hehe...no problem, and yes it is awesome

i'm using the one he sell.. it's fine.. at least no logo blocking the gorgeous screen.. if u self collect he will stick for you nicely.. but don't complain lar cause dry SP really got limitation on gnex.. some of the edges just won't stick

hey guys, currently on bigxie rom build 9-2 with apex v5 kernel.. experiencing a lot of random signal loss, also am on XXKK1 baseband, what's the problem?

what is the kernel and baseband use by AOKP?
or isit still vanilla? i feel like dont want to touch kernel

Baseband is separate from the ROM, but the kernel isn't .. so if you're going to AOKP from stock, the kernel will be the same as the one that comes from AOKP. As someone pointed before, you might want to upgrade your baseband to XXK6 if you're going for 10.4.3 (which AOKP is).

I ordered mine last Friday night and on Monday, I got their confirmation. I believe this is fair but I was under impression they are an US outfit but found later, it is HK. 4 days to ship out? Hmm.. they should've put the status as out of stock so customers won't be waiting ..
