It might have been mentioned before on the thread, but I have serious problem with battery life and overheating on the top left of the back lid. Would like to know if anyone else is experiencing that? If it is a common problem, is there any solution for them?

It has started to become a nuisance to me. Hopefully experts out there could help out. Million thanks!!!

yup mine will warm up when playing games or doing hardware intensive jobs.

I'm surprise there's not much people here who complain about the screen tint and the visible black streaks when brightness is low. actually i thought it was caused by the SP ==

be specific - what temperatures are you seeing. Install a simple app eg batterylife widget and monitor it
Operating temperatures with heavy usage eg browsing, gaming could range from 35 to 45 degree C : is perfectly normal
Yes you will feel the "heat" at the camera area. I find this phone is less hot compared to the SGS II and is quite comparable to the Galaxy Note

The GNex Toolkit probably help, but I would say, forget about it. You'll learn nothing if you keep using it. The toolkit is actually a batch file with a bunch of commands done when you hit the option. Bad thing is, sometime, you'll missed out the errors given out and you thought everything was okay and you reboot the GNex and you left with bricked GNex instead. So .. what I'll suggest is .. go to notepad and view that batch file .. learn what method it uses to do the some of the options.. You'll become an expert in no time smile.gif

bro you are right !! I might use it for quick lock/unlock only...for flashing i will definitely use commands.
What ROm/kernel/Mods/radio are u using?

I am different from you : i use my note 80% of the time while the GNex is just to main-main saja. I still prefer the Note as my daily driver

there is option in the setting that keeps the screen unlocked while charging.
