guys... ive been riding for a year now... normally i ride in pcp... however i found that i doesnt improve much... please guide me on how to improve my self... esp on uphill... normally i ride solo

This is would be the most preferred choice...

You want to improve? Don't just go to PCP. Go to Kiara, Kemensah, FRIM and other places too. You wouldn't improve much if you always go to the same place.

Mavic SLR not so gooding coz it's kinda soft,few ride offroad got squeking sound.But at the bling bling side it's gooding

Hi Guys, just asking....I have two questions:
1. I have been practicing to endo and turn. But i cant seem to get the bike to turn 180. Any tips on how to control the turn?

2. And i can bunny hop, but how do i bunny hop higher and do a 180 or 360? It gets to 90 je. I watch youtube vids and they look easy. But i cant seem to get it done. And its hard for me to turn my look from my handles to the back.
