Hi Bro,

When was this happened ? You sure now it's down ?

When you login to the Router, under Status, if you see Connecting... but it just wont connect... & sometimes you will see all the IP 0.0.0.0

Pls call to the CS & ask them refresh for you. Usually it works.

Will call them tomorrow if not ok. The CS is the one who said there is major outage. If there is anyone in klcc area esp yap kwan seng can share their network ok or not, i would really appreciate. Just wants to have some ammo if the CS was BS me earlier.

It takes 7 working days to process your application, then TIME will give you a call for appointment, the usual Installation process takes 3-4 hours depend on Condo.

Thanks for the reply, looks like no issues for streaming/downloading. But from KL's feedback sounds like connection breakdown happens quite frequently, is that similar in penang? Don't want to get a fast line but no-connection frequently.

my advice:

1. get a good dealer who will be there for you when things screw up (just in case)
2. do your own checking first by speaking to your Building Management if there is any Time Trunking already done. Find out where is the riser and how does it arrive at your unit.
3. get ready at your own end by providing a nice place for them to install including moving furniture, getting an extension cord + 2 sockets minimum, vacuum cleaner for the drillings etc
4. get the appointment time down and the installer's name, hp no. and company. confirm with them 1 day before.
5. allocate more than enough time for further testing on speed (boost!), signal strength etc. (i moved my E1200 like 3 metres and got extra 1 bar of signal)

enjoy!

Time is really good

on unifi 10mbps, torrents go as fast as 1.1MB/s
on time 8mbps, torrents go as fast as 880KB/s

which is really good.. but they have boost 30 hours free (monthly renewed?) to 50mbps

expect crazy speeds...
