jjj2, are u TIME agent or something? if yes i would like to ask some question regarding the coverage area..u see i have checked from the TIME website for my coverage in penang area bayan lepas. Apparently my apartment is not listed in the google maps but around 1 km outside of my apartment do have TIME coverage. my question is....will i still be able to apply for it?

Someone mentioned in another thread that TIME/Astro IPTV will be available at landed properties in Desa Parkcity , is this true? Haven't seen it on any of the availability maps as of yet

Anyone know the DNS for Time Fibre Broadband?  I asked the customer service staff and he didn't know  what I was talking about.

Mr jj.please please please do update on the possibility of time coming to landed props.im looking out for a substitution to unifi and the next best thing are all subpar.im willing to hold out subcribing to any services even if there are rumors and speculations if time is ever doing landed.thanks.

Question is am I suppose to get my astro iptv account? The installer did not give it to me and left.

Due to lack of space can I stack between router and hua wei? Or router on top of astro?

Am afraid of heat issues.

Poor experience with TIme Installation

Recently applied TIME FIBER 8 Mbps, choose TIme over Maxis as pricing is ok and customer service claim the services can install within 7days, which maxis can't tell when the installation can be done.

Installation appointed on 9/11/2012. But installer call up and request to move up on 7/11/2012. It's seem ok, which may can use early.   Installation appointed at noon, drive back from office to check the installation. Cable installed. Casing not provided which required RM10 per meter (can bought <RM1.50), so just nail up. FTH termination box not given as well, claim TIME not provide it need extra $$$,(not like TM/Maxis). Thought the installation was done, but modem and router was not there. Sweat! The cable guy came for cable installation but not installing the modem/router. Another installer claim to come and fix the modem/router on next day.
Make a appointment with the installer on 2pm, 8/11/2012. But on that day, installer ring up and request to delay till 4pm. Drive back again on the fixed time and wait... ring them couple times, claim work not finish at mont kiara, sometime "ON theway"..., wait till 5pm still not come.    Reschedule to next day friday 3pm. Request the installer to double confirm the time is ok, he promised.
at 9/11/2012, ring them at morning to check if the schedule is ok, they guarantee come.. Drive back from work again and wait ... WTF until 6pm also not reach, ring them couple times, but seem not dare to pickup my call     
Until today, i only see FIBER cable on the wall, no modem/router...
installation of modem/router usually took 30minutes or less... if they can't do it, just give me the damn thing as i can configure it myself. %$^@$%!$!#@#

TIME may has quality line but not the services!!!! Not even started using it, services provided are very disappointed!!!!

I have send my complaint to both email address couple times but same answer...
replied "Please be informed that we have forwarded your concern on the installation issue to the respective department for their immediate action..."

but doesn't seem any action taken, probably they might on HOLIDAY whole week...  
I apply thru Mr. DEXRIC, Broadband Multimedia Sdn Bhd. The Time Dot Com give me this reseller.

already highlighted, now waiting for installation... Time is awesome, but the installers are really crap, spoils the customer service
