Anyone know the DNS for Time Fibre Broadband? I asked the customer service staff and he didn't know what I was talking about.

Is there any special upgrade package for current Astro iptv subscribers?
I really want to upgrade from 6Mbp to the 10 Mbp package and pay RM148 only for the 10 Mbp package! |

Any luck for existing 6Mbp package subscribers to upgrade to 10Mbp package free of charge? We are paying the same price but only get 6Mbp! Thanks!

Hi, I'm a subsriber of Astro 6Mbp iptv package.
Recently, I'm having problem with my broadband connection. I was having frequent disconnections to the Internet (wired, not wifi). My PC would showed that I was having connections problem to the Internet, but my PC was properly connected to the router with no problem. The Internet connection problem also applied to other devices which was wired connected to the router. It definitely is not wifi problem 'cause wifi is working all the time. At first I thought it's my router problem, so I switched to different routers and changed the lan cables. I've already switched back to the Linskys E1000 provided by Astro. But the same problem happened again. Thanks you! |

Hi, is it true that Time Broadband do not allow users to change their passwords? I was told by customer service staff that Time Broadband no longer allow their customers to change passwords on the Time Broadband self care website. She said that many customers only changed their passwords on the self care website, but forgot to change the passwords on their router. So customers can only change the wifi passwords.
But Time Broadband should indeed educate their customers on this matter. This policy really sucks! |

Using this website (http://freeola.com/line-test/) to test my broadband stability. I got average latency 204ms. Is it normal?
Or is it due to Time Broadband problem? Thanks! |

QUOTE(jjj2 @ May 5 2014, 08:48 AM) Hi Bro, got grade A when I used this (http://www.pingtest.net/) to test. I was using Singapore Server. But when I switched to other servers, e.g. Vietnam server, got grade D!Please try to test your speed again at speedtest.net & post your results here. Which server were you testing ? Line stability not so great this few days! Even after I'd switched to Google DNS, sometimes cannot load some webpages. |
