Any info about the Final Block - AraVIllage?

1 block of 12 storey service apartment with 180 units on top of a two level retail podium plus one 4 storey medical centre

back in june, few small unit left 680sft 700k+. IIRC, facing west.

Hi all. Went to view ara Green today. Only a handful of units left for sale. And most are the 1420sqfeet and above. If you get the 1400sqfeet to 1500sqfeet type its around Rm750/sqfeet. If you get the dual key units whicn are 1886-1906sqfeet its around 700sqfeet/unit. What i liked about it is quality finishing they are giving. Including wardrobes, bathroom finishings, kitchen cabinets all by signature kitchen. Kinda ready to move in without much having to be done.

Just need some opinion from sifu's here. If i get the dual key unit. Will it be easy to dispose in the future if i were to sell in 5-10 years ? Thinking of renting out the smaller unit temporarily before family expansion plans Or would it be better to get the 1406sqfeet normal unit instead. The price difference is about 200k between the 2 types of 1406sq feet and 1900sqfeet unit.
