So no more Somerset operating the serviced apartment like the biz model in jalan ampang?
With the JV with the japs, patronage of senior japs is quite assured If the last batches of aragreens small units were already selling for RM950psf onwards, how much will the SA be selling? |

I went to the showroom yesterday. I liked their "medical & health" concept. Price around 711k above for their smallest unit (6xx sq ft).
No details yet on their service apartments, according to the sales person. |

Intermediate double storey houses were being snapped up like hot cakes recently as buyer really finds good value in comparing to condo and even newly launced landed property. My friend has been looking for valuable houses and even went to Ara green to have a look.Recently, he came to Bukit Jelutong for have a look at double storey house and we managed to find only just a few to choose from, specifically with good location in new area of Bukit Jelutong with guard house and card access security with prices,ranging from 860k to 930k with lot size of 24X80. Im sure with launching of new housing and condominium surrounding at high price , the landed property here should be a value buy for the moment before price spike.
