Really poor traffic in Ara nowadays, I live opposite Ara Green, traffic getting worse every year.

U referring to Subang Airport Highway? Yes it can get really bad at times, so are most major highways. Hopefully the completion on MRT would ease it slightly. But for those heading towards Tropicana / Bdr Utama / Kota D'sara direction isnt Persiaran Tropicana is a much better alternative. Again traffic congestion is inevitable in KV.

Saw in the Star launching Block B this weekend, so fast...

But most of the early buyers are associates, families, friends and contra units. So, it would be most likely a lot vacant units upon VP...

For the small units, right?

Bigger units should be more own stay...

Ya. It's not a highway, merely a main road. Usually if you leave for work after 7.30am, you will take 20-25 minutes just to get to the Subang NKVE toll, it takes 30-35 minutes just to get to the Federal Highway slip out. It's worse than LDP or Federal Highway.

How about go through Damansara Lagenda, then Dataran Prima n then exit at the church to get to LDP...?

Agree. There r so many ways out. One of which I've mentioned earlier.

There are three exits out of Ara:

1. Subang Airport Road - Really bad traffic as mentioned above.
2. Damansara Idaman/Lagenda internal road (Jalan PJU 1a/1) - During rush hours, there will be a crawl all the way until Persiaran Tropicana. (15 minutes jam) And then crawl along Persiaran Tropicana to Lebuh Bandar Utama (Another 30 minutes, Bandar Utama bridge is really teruk). Or if you use LDP you will use Persiaran Tropicana and then use Jalan Bukit Mayang Emas (Aman Suria). This is the least congested option (10 minutes) but as my work is usually in Kuala Lumpur there is no point going to LDP for me.
3. Use the tunnel to cross the NKVE into Taman Emas - Have to slowly use internal roads in Taman Emas to wait to slip into LDP (20 minutes). But the tunnel will be closed once the Ara Damansara LRT station is opened (In around 18-24 months time).

As you can see there is no easy way out of Ara.
