Went this afternoon to 6c6c, really lots of ppl with carpark almost full. Look like all 6xx and 7xx sft units have been booked. The next smallest unit is 10xx sft (or is it 11xx sft) but selling for almost 890k before 5% rebate
 By the way, only few units available (lower floors and one at top), rest also fully booked. Still have many 14xx and 2xxx sft units available though.I like the bathrooms for the large unit though - really friendly for elders. One can sit down and take bath. Was told by SA that the following are provided for the 700 sq 2 rooms unit:
1) Signatue Kitchen kitchen cabinet with hood & hob 2) Oven, 2 in 1 washing machine and fridge 3) Singnature Kitchen built in cabinet for master bed room 4) Signature Kitchen built in cabinet & study desk for second room 5) Other branded furnishing http://www.aragreens.com/gallery-list7.html Above worth about Rm40-50k But the question is at RM750psf?? But still BBB. Lot of rich people around... |
