I noticed the K949 have second servo. What it is for? Is it for diff lock/unlock? Also is the diff on K949 factory locked?

That's used for shifting the mid gear box from fast to high torque so i can switch back and fro between speeding on flat ground to crawling mode 2 way using channel 3 button. My rear axle is diff locked but the front axle not locked.

I want to dispose puff batteries. I'm considering either salt water or discharge to 0V using my Imax B6 charger & then buried them in the soil (because I want it completely safe). What do you think? I have two puff batteries & one that doesn't want to hold any charge.

You can discharge it using charger else use discharge connecting to any light bulbs or electric motor before dump into bin. Here another of my best method, fun and definately safe to put into the bin after that if you dare. biggrin.gif Here my video how to dispose it. laugh.gif

Yeah, I know using the nail. Maybe next time. smile.gif I already dunk the batteries in the salt water yesterday. Maybe I'll poke with nail after to finish it off. I will definitely using a long wood with nail at one end to keep the lipo batteries at arm's length. biggrin.gif

There still little bubbles coming from the negative wires. Not much, but still there.
