i am a law student still studying now.based on my understanding,u can still challenge the validity of the document since it is all signed without the concious of ur parent.Or u can filed a freezing order to not let him touch those assets until the case is solved.Hope this help,u should go and discuss with a lawyer and ask for his/her opinion on what u can do.About the gangster thing,u can report to police or seek for help from the MCA PUBLIC SERVICES & COMPLAINTS DEPT.Hope this help!

this isnt your worst nightmare, you should start considering what will happen when he no longer own "your parent's house", ppl like this only know how to spend money, those assets wont last very long.
draw the line now, ask your parent to pick a side, if not after a while u might need to help your "bro" outta something or he go take loan and your parent still be guarantor or something. What is lost is lost, u cant do much, but the future, u can predict and prepare. |

u did 2 mistake!
