I'm thinking of report to police incase anything happen to me, he is the main suspicious. But really police will layan me? Like some of my friends say, police dun care about family conflict.
Yup, legally i cant do anything, now im staying in my relative house for time being until my new house is renovated. That animal is a sweet talker to my mum because while he is kid, my mother really sayang him, brought a honda accord for him drive to college, and my parent driving sunny 130Y.

Just report police..incase anything happens..better be safe than sorry...

Legally, u actually can do something about it. Like others said, u can dispute the transfer. If your parents are the one paying for the house, even easier. Consult your lawyer about this.

lodge a police report for threatening your family

and lodge another for influencing your parent to change the property <- slim chances btw

I know if my parent want, they can get back the house through court case. However, my mother still protecting him. He make a good excuse to my mum that his business failed, and now the ppl can and collect the house. And my mother... i think she still trust him. All my relatives are pissed but cannot do anything. This guys are ruining my life for more than ten years, i just want to start a new life.

I believe you can sue you bro,
bcauz there are laws which protect people from cheaters,
if there are no lawyer on behalf of your parents,
you still can file it as your parents is being cheated to sign these documents,
without their conscience.

Because I'm also living with my bro,
and I also inherit a fortune from my parents,
and I heard this from the lawyer tell me no to sign any suspicious document,
after signing it still can file and get it back but hard.
But i believe my bro won't do this to me. smile.gif
