u did 2 mistake!
1st you shouldn't let this animal know where is your house!
2nd if you know this animal existed you should advise your mother to add your name into her asset!
now you only got 3 choice
1. ask people kao tim him XD
2. sold your house & move to other place but basically this method won't solve the problem in long term & cause u lost a lot money!
3. report police but i believe this method useless

maybe my idea is useless but are you sure u will win this case in court?
1.the animal is your parent son, he get the asset sure no issue you can sue him!
2.are you willing wasting your money to fight a case 90% lose?
3.when your mother transfer the asset to him i believe under observed
unless you get some proof that this animal is conning your mother
