My apple tv3 also had the affected serial numbers and I sent it in to machines service centre at north point on Monday. They emailed me yesterday and told me I will get a new replacement in 5-7 days. I bought my unit from Sydney airport in April 2012.

Looking at the site my atv3 has the 3rd and 4th as 7J

Guys, im thinking to get apple tv for netflix, any idea how to make it work? ive tried google chromecast and the procedure is damn troublesome, until now ive not been able to do that.

Simple bro, change your region to United States, subscribe for netflix and then use a proxy DNS like to tunlr.net or unlocator.com in your DNS settings in your Apple TV. Voila! |

is there any native way to airplay rmvb from ipad>apple tv?
i know a lot ipad rmvb player can air mirror it, but with air mirror the video is lagging and video doesnt sync with audio properly |
