hello, my gf is using this phone but she always complain that sometimes the phone just suddenly has no signal at all when she attends classes. so she cant receive phone calls/ msgs. has anyone had this problem before? is it the phone problem? or the SIM card problem?

No coverage? Maybe u can try put another sim and see how..if still got problem,then its time to claim warranty

Anyone claimed warranty for the crack on the sensor?
I have a crack there months ago and the chrome part is getting worse.
It doesnt peel off but the paint inside of the chrome part turns black..=(
Its ugly now...and i even keep it in the silicon case that i bought since the first week and never took it off yet the paint fall off...

Does dynamic's warranty cover cracked touch screen for arc? Dropped the phone just a few mins ago. Still works but the crack covers half the screen.

ok let me clarify this.
xperia arc/arc s has the most stunning design.
but it lack of processor speed.
FYI, arc/arc s is CAMERA phone.
Ok. I repeat. It is CAMERA phone.
thats mean, SE make an arc/arc s focused more on CAMERA.
and that processor speed is juz enough to process the image and also HD video.
it is not as good as Nokia N8 but it is the best among android phone.
even if u compared to other android phone, arc/arc s still the winner in term of camera quality.
the processor speed is juz enough to stream ur youtube video, play high end game, and other application.
if u say arc/arc s face a lag while navigate through the UI, then u hav to know that it is normal.
even if u using dual core galaxy s2, u will face a lil of lag.
arc/arc s is said to be outdated juz because it processor is still single core while other manufacturer making a dual core phone.
for me, even it is single core, but it run smooth for me right now.
throw any game even tegra optimized game to arc/arc s, sure it will handle perfectly.
once again i want u to know that, arc/arc s is CAMERA phone.
so u've got the point why it lack in term of processor speed.
