do you think the price will drop soon given that they're announced Xperia S?

what's the current price of Arc S? Do you think it'll drop further since they've announced Xperia S?

Heat problem?? That means I should wait for Xperia S and buy that instead of Arc S??
I can't decide which to buy ... =(

My only concern is time and price ... wait until March/April is such a long wait!! I wanted to buy Arc S before CES, then I told myself to wait until the CES show. Now ... argh, I have to wait even longer ...

How to buy phones when new phones keep coming out ??

Yeah, same here. But the newest phone always suits my taste. That's why I'm always tempted to get a new phone. I wanted to get arc S before this, but now I feel like getting Xperia S. If I wait until March/April, they might be other new phones that suit my taste, then I have to wait a few months more for their release. If this keep going on, I forever no need to change phone ...

what's the latest price for xperia arc s in m'sia?

Didn't wait for Xperia S?
Arc S was around RM 2k in August and now is January, only like 5 months and the price now is RM 1380.
Then if Xperia S, have to wait until March+5 months = July to have the price of Xperia S at RM 1400 ...

I was about to buy Xperia Arc S then suddenly I was told there's no front facing camera!! How come?? Aiyo ...

If I wait until Xperia S is released, do you think Xperia Arc S will be cheaper??

I understand. I don't mind about the dual-core or single core. I don't use front facing camera much, but I can't guarantee I won't want that feature in the future.
My needs are - nice, elegant, good camera as I won't buy a compact camera, internet access and fast. That's all.
I still can't decide whether I should:
a) buy arc s now;
b) wait until xperia s is released then decide
b) i. buy xperia s;
b) ii. buy arc s because xperia s is too expensive...

argh ... dilemma!!

FYI, my mobile phone of a few years old can't be used d and I'm currently using a friend's un-used mobile phone. So I do need a new phone some time soon. Just don't know when to buy one ...

That's my worry too .. few years ago I got SE K850i and it had manufacturer problem.
I think after its release, we need to wait a least a month for people to comment and criticise the phone!

Don't you want to wait until Xperia S is released? Then maybe Arc S is even cheaper ..

Btw, for those who have this phone, can it switch keyboard to foreign languages easily like iPhone? For example, if suddenly I want to type chinese SMS, can it switch keyboard with a click like iPhone?

Is the back cover of this phone a bit plasticky??

what materials do they use to build iphone? How come it feels more solid and glassy instead of plasticky?? Is it made of glass?
