Good to hear about your progress man. Well I'm kinda unavailable for this week with a new work project atm, so I'm not organizing any for now lol. You guys can do events whatt, just discuss in the fb group I'm sure u guys can get an event out easily..

stick to a program for at least a few months, starting strength is good for at least 6 imo. if you're not plateauing i dont see a reason for you to change programs.

hmmm, too bad you're not in my gym
my gym owner has a few competitve bb'ers, and a few gym members joining a competition this sat at putrajaya. bet he can give you and your friend tips and whatnot on pre contest preps. Dunno lah, this one not my realm at all lol. much respect for your friend going on stage in the first place. i could never do it. |

last i checked this guy was at 70kg? damn short fella lol..
i dont keep up with local competitions but he won something la, i should probably keep track of these things zz. veteran competitor la. see him do his legwork i also pening man |

the whole support structure moves along with the weights. so yes, the guy in the black shirt is contributing. if i too free i'll make a vid on how it works la i suppose, lol.
the guy pressing is a competitor too. and those two train together sometimes. fuggin crazy one le those 2. superset back and front squats. |
