i'll try, bear in mind i suck at this:

i like the back double bi flex on the before pic, tbh. the after pic you've grown noticeably smaller, albeit with more definition. great superman logo there though lol

the lat spread after pic is nice, you look wider but imo the before pic your posing is a bit off. you look hunched there.

but overall imo you could still use a bit more mass still? or do you just want a toned look?

ive seen chris irl and trust me hes not the ripped but skinny types.

he still has size, and trust me when i say he turned a lot of heads.

and IMO, the back pic is the best one of the lot. friggin awesome.

Those pics were taken right after a workout where he almost made me puke and i had to stop midway through the routine.

Hmmmm, bald guy deserves to win i suppose. No 3 is close but lacking leg development and conditioning.

BB is all about illusions. My brother, friends and parents have put me in the 85-95kg category, and still doesnt believe me when i say im 76kgs (give or take).

bench press:
80kg x 5 30/05/2011 (with spotter)
80kg x 5 20/08/2011 without spotter
100kg x 2 09/02/2012

wont include squats since i didnt have the chance to do squats when i moved into my new gym due to lack of a squat rack =/

k la from my view i can see a bit of changes, which is good enough for me. slow and steady lol. my diet is shit so i cant expect too much to begin with.
