very solid overall. thick. lats are probably your best bodypart atm.

delts and chest is okay imo, lose a bit of BF% and it becomes WAY more obvious

IMHO, i -dont- think you're 13%. at that percentage abs would pop out a bit more.

most people have the same fat storage area, thats why calipers are used in that specific area to measure bf% in the first place.

I find that hard to believe, bata. He doesn't even look soft! Probably does somee maintenance work on the side or something

@dan: looking good man. Shouldn't worry about your arms they should balance out once you hit 18 tongue.gif. Thought you're bulking? Looks like its going very well for you, abs still there!

notable difference in muscle definition, increased delts and traps. for 2 months work you're doing really well. keep it up man!

Ok la, work in progress. Keep taking photos with these poses every now and then. Include date and weight and whatever info you think is relevant. Make it into a journal. Recording progress is a good practise

Why ask in this thread? Anyways if the trainer says shoulder flexibility problem, then fix it. Google for shoulder mobility exercises.

The bar should be resting on your traps. Watch the vids razorboy posted. Pinned thread.

Do you have weights on the bar? Because usually the bar is too light for it to rest on the traps when your arms are pushing it up. That's the problem I had when I started squatting anyways.

When its heavier the bar sorta falls back down to the traps and your arms are just basically being the stophold from it rolling all the way down your back. Its a wee bit uncomfortable when you do it initially but you'll get used to it

I'll admit. Form broke at that attempt lol.

Thanks guys, I've always deadlifted at that stance so if it works ain't gonna change it.

I've experimented with low hip and it doesn't really work for me. Any inputs? Its like I would start low hip but I would end up starting the lift with high. It not about hamstrings either. This happens at moderately average weight, around 140kg

Well, like I said, form broke during that attempt. Judging by your description on how to do a deadlift, I can safely say I can do it better than you.

While I respect comments from posters such as shanecross, who actually knows his shit, I don't actually need comments from people such as you.

And I concur as well. At 6% your abs should be there regardless what time of day it is.
