cause im comparing myself to someone is greater than me..
"Remember, someone who stand beside you, may train twice harder than you" from some bodybuilder... This makes me go all out in my training...
I alwiz tell myself "not enough, can do it better" haha.. maybe i syok sendiri tis way..
You know what really makes me go all in, the juicing ppl always condemn me of lacking this and that... I take it as a challenge.. i can do it without roid..

Thanks guy! But now i gotta rest, injured my left shoulder and right forearm.. hopefully by monday it recover.. cant sit quietly at home waiting for the time to past lol... @Awakened_Angel : i alwiz overtrain zz... sometime i spend almost up to 3 hrs in gym lol.. sound stupid right... den lately, my friend telling me im not looking so good compare to few weeks before than i try to cut down my duration of working out.. hopefully it turn out greater result.. cheers

because according to others, is kinda difficult to get really dry naturally but he's been conditioning for about 12 weeks.. even his lat hv vein @@" big vein lol..
i nvr directly ask him did u take it..
