haha... bro, i took that photo few weeks back... den lately start eating cz lots of friend asking why am i getting thinner instead leaner sigh...

pull up/chin up... Initially i cant even do one rep and everyone seems enjoying doing it. So, everytime b4 the gym close(back in Ipoh where razorboy train), i try to do it without any spotter. So at first just 1-3 reps, den i increase to 5 den lastly 18reps.. from there on, every day i warm up by doing pull up with 15,12,10 and 8.. doing for 1 year like this.. den start getting lazy ==" now i only do it on my back day. Just quick 3-4 set with 8-12 reps, depend on the mood on that day..like yesterday, i did 12,12,8,8,8... i guess thats how i do it..

yaya, almost everyday. But now no longer doing it. lazy lol...

Maybe "huge" is because last time im too fat. Then, bring up the size.. I duno hehe...

i wish to have a thicker back now haha instead of wider back..

By the way, there's one short period i follow DY's blood and guts program, nt bad though.. now kinda rojak hehe...

Eat more, rest more and train hard hehe... i try to eat 5-6 times per day but sometime meeting in the early morning, gonna skip my breakfast n tea time snack with just a shake..

I spend quite a lot on food and of course supplement. The best still food, just like now ready for my egg + a shake lol..

Im located at Penang. So, oni met theCrab where we train in the same gym. Would like to meet up if hv free time to go KL.

A bit of mine, back double bicep post..

sorry if look awkward due to sunburn. Lately, alwiz have pain on shoulder and forearm..

cant really train properly, only light press and curl.. Pretty sad case for me..

This is taken on last friday..

I'm wearing the black singlet.. This is my partner who is competing soon in May. Cant compare with him at all, he's very discipline and strict in diet. while, i try to control as strict as possible tongue.gif

My partner started from one thin guy into this level, while i'm from fat into this.

If i didnt workout or get pumped, i look small fat biggrin.gif

Im still lacking for most of the part.

remember there's once i ask bout traps, my trap almost not visible if i didnt flex.. He told me he didnt train much on his traps, as Pedro mention may due to genetic..

Hopefully, i can hv thicker traps after some time biggrin.gif

Nono.. he's a lean meatball, im a meatball with fats..

He even hv vein popping up when he spread his lat.. he weight at 81kg with solid abs, like chocolate pax lol very obvious split between bi and tris(front double bi pose) .. while.. i dun even hv the sign of that sad.gif

i cant even see 2 pax lol.. My skin is like rubber, i can pull cry.gif

i didnt train with him but i spot him

shoulder press, lat raise, rear delt raise and shoulder press again. I see he did bout 4 sets. den oni front raise. No traps exercise =="

it's been few month, i tink i only train traps with him once or twice lol..
