hi some prgoress afta a few month
back double bi left picture taken earlier this year (around feb) while right pic (2-3 weeks back) Most muscular left picture (may) while right side just last week.. Losing lots of size.. Not expert when come to cutting.. Even abs is not showing yet, afta a few months of dieting, now eating back whatever i want sigh... Any guide on cutting?? Attached thumbnail(s) |

Indeed, lost quite amount of lean mass i guess.. perhaps too much of cardio hm..
yaya.. i cant go for clean bulk haha... I just love eating dam.. Hopefully within nex year im able to reach that level.. i never target any single digit bf% lol because kinda impossible for now.. |
