13 to 14. No idea didn't measure arm size.

I'm very laid back, don't measure, judge by mirror etc etc. I don't fret much about these things.

Imo both. I play bball once or twice a week. Diet is a bigger factor

Full court ball is friggin tiring when u chase pocket rockets up and down the damn court.

You don't need cardio to lose fats. In fact its detrimental too muscle gain.

About time to start taking care of your diet man. 3 years in already, enough bulking haha.

How is it hard to get protein in meals? I have stopped taking shakes months ago and I'm coping well.

its not really a technique, per say. its more like imagining what you're doing when lifting some weights, ie, deadlifting a car.

I'm 74 give or take. I tried doing a one rep of one hand chin up with a dead hang at the bottom then pulling up without grabbing the other wrist. Doable. But alas no vid. I shall try a weighted one next week with vid. My biceps, lats are seriously fatigued from yesterday. I think i did a total up more than 150+ pullup variations. Burned me out.

you guys are looking at this the wrong way la really. you WILL shrink, no doubt. especially since bata was in such a good shape before. its how you bounce back and get stronger, and wiser. you guys should read up on dave tate from tnations. see his injury list you gonna shrink your balls up like peanuts.

edit: not belittling your injury bata, and im sorry to hear about it. be strong, rest now and get ready to bounce back!

You guys are going overboard on the advices tbh. Its 3 to 4km twice a week and youre discouraging it?

How long do you take to cover that distance? You guys ever tried running 3km? Its a frickin 15 min jog around the park.

Sureeeee any sort of cardio isnt encouraged but it isnt the only way to do things. There are people running 5 milers DAILY and still bigger than most of us here.
