Hi, i am new cooler master user here..i have myself a Centurion 5, 1 x 8cm Fan, 2 x 12cm Fan, 1 x Xcraft External Enclosure, 1 x 450W PSU, 2 x Cooler Master Rounded IDE Cable...
Just wondering, my front panel of my CM5 seems to be abit loose.Might be due to the "leg" connecting the front panel to the body loose already..Is there anyway to fix it?Currently, there is a gap between the front panel and the body.
And where did all of u get the mat for the floor of the casing?Planning to get 1..

personally the casing is freaking heavy but lucky it comes with wheel so can mobilize the casing around.

QUOTE(cablesguy @ Sep 15 2006, 10:05 PM) Anyone here got stacker 830, care to share experience after owning one? Yeah, would be interested to hear too. Am planning to build my high-end gaming rig with the Stacker 831 (black, and possibly do some modding, maybe WC too), and would like to hear of experiences. Was concerned about the size of the 8800GTX cards, fitting into the 831/830 which I heard is not that roomy on the inside. But then again, the casing has just been certified by Nvidia as 8800GTX SLI ready, I suppose it shouldn't be an issue.

U better find ureself an EATX case that's meant for server mobos. Alternatively, get a full tower so u can leave the HDD slots in front of the gfx card empty. The Stacker is basically just a glorified normal size ATX case. It is no bigger than ATX case, just more bulky on the outside.

No offense but the Stacker is really ugly , just get a Lian Li PCA10 or Silverstone TJ-09/TJ07

Different people hold their own preference loh ....
i like stacker, and Lian Li PCA10 but not really a fan for Silverstone TJ09/07...
btw 8800GTX is really super long card .. even exceed the width of mobo...
what own earth with unlimited growing size of gc...
soon all the casing manufacturer for high end casing have to redefine the standard size for the new generation casing to fit in new generation gc size requirement.......not to mention the stock cooler ain't enough anymore... must water cool it ....

original stacker stc-101 wont hav prob fitting in 8800gtx cards..but 830 is no..huge outside but no space inside casing is a subjective thing..

I wonder, as Nvidia has certified the 830 to be dual 8800GTX ready. So it's really too small for 8800GTX's huh?
I was (or maybe still am) hoping to do a 8800GTX rig with the Stacker 830/831. I do have the original Stacker STC-T01, but that's reserved for my server to house all my HDs.
The Silverstone, TJ07 is nice too, but my plans were to use the Stacker's external drive bays for:
2 Optical drives (2 bays) Icy Dock removable 5-in-3 HD cage (3 bays) Hardcano 13 fan controller/card reader (1 bay) Programmable LCD display (1 bay) Custom light switches (1 bay) For a total of 8 bays.
The Stacker has enough but not the Silverstone TJ07. I had considered the Aerocool Baydream case, but prefer the look of the 830/831. Still, the Silverstone can support 2 PSUs, so I may sacrifice a drive bay slot for a 2nd PSU, so I don't have to go and find a 1000W PSU for my rig, and go for 2 smaller PSUs. Though with most of my HDs in that Icy Dock cage, I'll end up with just 1 HD in the TJ07's 6-slot internal HD cage (5 HDs in the Icy Dock).
