You need take a balance on overall, power and handling...
Larger wheels and tires size sure will increase handling but sure will lose power as well.
Personal suggest is take a balancing and look something you like.

power is not really my concern though as manual is serving me good, losing a bit is ok as i dont use MyVi to be like a RACE CAR as those youngsters did on highway. doh.gif doh.gif

Haha... for me, handling is important that others... but sure i will remain the power as good as i can without power mods.
Please go a head for rear anti roll bar, is a faster solution to solve Myvi body roll issue!!!

btw, changing to 15' rims, adding front struct bar + anti roll bar, large pot brake kit and changing suspensions, will it be increasing the handling a lot? i dont really like the handling now. for instance, body roll is kinda obvious even in low speed.

Bro, u can ask Rahas.. He did all that bar the large pot brake kit.. GAB SS sumore drool.gif drool.gif

foaming give chasis more rigid.. but resulting in a more bumpy ride too.. but balance is totally improved.. foaming wont improve NVH.. biggrin.gif

only way to improve noise insulation is by doing soundproofing.. i saw those selling in Lyn Mart or whatever la.. forgot ade.. LOL.. selling those rubbers.. forgot call wat rubber ade.. u know the rubber long long wan stick in btw ur doors.. act as a water sealant from outside against ur car inside wan.. i think those thing helps also in wind noise..

i think all P2 car ac compressor kick in sound very louddd... kick in almost every min if i not wrong.. cannot ninja ppl also.. haha.. stealth mode elek.. biggrin.gif

After i change to wider tires, my top speed drop 190kmh to around 180kmh(same distance accelerate, but think it have a bit more go, but dare not try cuz acceleration was getting really slow n need longer straight)... Not only the width is important, whats important is also the tire's rolling resistant... Higher rolling resistant tires surely will sap more power from our tiny engine...

hi

having a reverse sensor issue with my myvi. it's the first generation not the latest one. did anyone face the similar problem? the problem is when i change to R (to reverse) the sensor will just produce long beep sound, it's continuously, as if i already near the car behind, but actually it is nothing.

i did went to accesories shop and upon inspection the technician then told me that one of the sensor is malfuntion and he change it. but now the problem came back.

please help if any of you have info regarding this matter.

My suggestion for you.. 15" rim with 195 50 tyre..then change to eibach sport spring or if got less budget, get the GAB spring..then u install front strut bar and Anti roll bar...for bigger brake kit,it wil set u out around 700-800..

Klang... Herm... Shops there all like so stuck-up bi**h... Have that "if u dun buy here, plenty other people will buy, so i can treat u like dirt" attitude... Because of their popularity i guess... Go try check at rawang town also.. Ull be surprised there bro on their offerings too..
