If Plaza Rakyat accidentally announce revival plan, (heard bidding ended) then 2nd phase will go very high. there might be possibility that Gamuda cancel the previous buy and re-price the whole project. Lawyer specifically pointed out that Gamuda has every right to cancel before signing SPA...
