I admit the VIPOD's location is superb. But Robertson is located well too + sitting on big land 3 acres + 10-Story Mall, packed with facilities, better design. VIPOD is too small the development size. After some time staying you will start feeling things are lacking. If just to stay like hotel stay or vacation home short stay, it is still very attractive. Robertson is much better for HOME feel stay. biggrin.gif

Vipod is within very short walking distance not right next la, but it makes Vipod so superbly located, no argue. I won't see myself everyday wanna walk to pavilion to do shopping, after sometimes u find nothing special anymore. Moreover there always another bigger , hyper, grander mall coming out. Home is still a home where u have to feel very comfortable to stay and get all the convenience within reach whenever u wish.

Seller can ask any price they want la unless u r telling a transacted deal. Pavilion itself now selling for 1800/sf May as we'll go stay right above the mall

I saw it in the master plan. I have no worry in this as gamuda is the infrastructure giant, cover walkway is peanut to them. they are famous and strong in proving infrastructure to its development to add value just like all their previous projects.

I know before Robertson, Gamuda has a super luxury project called Madge Mansion along Jalan Ampang. Heard not doing so well as it is too luxury to own.

If Plaza Rakyat accidentally announce revival plan, (heard bidding ended) then 2nd phase will go very high. there might be possibility that Gamuda cancel the previous buy and re-price the whole project. Lawyer specifically pointed out that Gamuda has every right to cancel before signing SPA... hmm.gif

That time paying Rm30k to stakeholder for option sales.

The price promised was 715K. But when the spa date signed the next launching price is RM820K. Developer never cancel it. Why will this time be different trick?

I have nothing to hide for this story, so Buyer pls do not believe that., will cancel.

Chances are maybe 1% only. Any buyer of HH pls confirm what I said  on the HH was true pls.

I am just talking about possibility and they have the right to do so. If i am the boss, i may consider this option. They have been holding this land for some time guess waiting for the PR to revive. They also know the revival bid ended and to announce soon. Nevertheless, the possibility is low as this may hurt the integrity of a company.

Plaza Rakyat revival is a huge catalyst they always wanted to bank on.

It might be misleading a little but this is in fact their "first luxury high rise service apartments in Malaysia". Madge Mansions is considered as medium rise luxury condo & the rest of their projects in Malaysia like Jade Hills, Horizon Hills, Bandar Botanic, Valencia & Kota Kemuning are all landed townships. Correct me if I'm wrong.
