Because the CPU and GPU shared the same cooling system. The GPU generate heat when it's enabled.. that heat will be distributed along the heat pipes. When u disabled AMD GPU, there is no heat generated hence lower temp.. |

You're using on-demand CPU governor.. it is equivalent to balanced mode in Windows.
I have no idea about the missing taskbar and etc. |
