I didn't have the chance to try the penang white curry from mykuali, only the Nanyang brand.
It's delicious, the noodles is chewy and quite thick, not soggy and thin. The broth is well flavoured with santan.
Quite expensive though, RM7.50 for 4 packet (I'm in EM).

really ah how come i duno i am king of instant noodles. i got no recipe to share becoz i too lazy so i just pour boiling hot water straight into the bowl with the noodles and the instant spices..

but my gf very rajin she will use maggi mee like the kari one or tomyam with garlic, veges eggs, dried prawns also and if she is in the mood some minced chicken/beef she stir-fry before mixing in

if very lazy..put all in a bowl with some water hot or not don't care..then put inside microwave high power for about 2 minutes la i think not sure about the time..then eat..

i like those spicy korean ramen, Shin ramyun and Pulmuone (a healthier alternative) are my favorites.

no matter what ramyun i cook, i must add 2 tbsp of gochujang (korean chili paste) to give the soup an extra kick, it makes the soup thicker and spicier. then i will add bakchoy and beef balls or tofu. Sometimes vegetarian balls with mushroom flavors, quite nice.

other than that, i like mi sedap, ina sambal noodle not bad. some i haven't tried, but i don't quite like maggi.

Don't need to go for the "imported" instant noodles from Korea, China or Taiwan costing RM10 or more. The cheap local RM3+ for 5 packets of Maggi, Mamee Indo-mee or Cintan are more delicious than the imported ones. The noodles of the imported ones are fat and tasteless and more difficult to chew.

Also, better avoid Taiwan and China products as you won't know what kind of chemicals they used to produce the instant noodles.

Wonder whether Maggi Mee (the cheaper range, e.g. Kari, Ayam, Tomyam) tastes sh*ttier now, and cannot fix my hunger.

It used to be better back in the days!

Dude, I eat instant noodles at least twice a week. MINIMUM. Korean and Thai noodles are the best, at least in my opinion.

Whenever i cook korean ramyun i always add 2 tbsp of gochujang for that extra spicy and thick soup because gochujang has fermented glutinous rice. It really makes a huge difference if u opt out the gochujang.

Then, i underlay the soup with soaked korean seaweed. Sometimes i switch with bak choy.

When it comes to chewiness nothing can beat spicy kimchi ramyun by Pulmuone, not even samyang. Too bad jaya grocer not selling that brand anymore.
