May I know where do you get this Daddy mee? Local brand? Cos instant noodles play a large part in my nutritional meals when I need a change from white rice. I usually eat 3 big packets of the Korean noodles cooked dry style with my chicken cooked separately but the noodles are expensive!

QUOTE(Winning11 @ Dec 12 2011, 02:01 AM) last time i got it free though. Thanks man. Will look out for it. Lol instant noodles have starchy high GI carbs, excellent for workout days. I can sapu close to 200 grams of carbs after gym so even 3 packets of Korean noodles not enough so I'll eat something sugary for dessert like chocolates or ice cream. Best part is te nutrients are labeled so it's so easy to count how much I need. Only had thing is the high sodium content which causes water retention but who cares I'm not competing at the moment.
