QUOTE(GloryKnight @ Sep 1 2014, 01:26 AM) Instant noodles - dont use seasonings, instead, boil the noodles till cooked, put in sauces (chili, onion oil, fried chopped onions, tomato sauce, black kicap abit [depends on personal preference], then mix it all up tangily at the end. Its nice trust me. You are wasting for buying the packaging & the soup base. If you buy to cook to your liking, it's not really instant noodles anymore . Anyway, I also did the same thing BUT without buying those with soup base.. just buy those dried noodles without soup base such as cintan & etc.. You won't waste the $$ you pay for the soup base & packaging and throwing away

So what I did, I use those seasonings during camping or go and give my frens during pot luck. AHAAHA

what you are about to read contain NON-HALAL material. Please proceed with caution.....
I found this bak kut teh instant noodle. Not A1. This is sold in "Weng Hiong" dried meat shop. Very expensive too. 1 pack of 5 cost RM12.50.
I will post the picture later...
Tried few days ago. I must say..wow. Immediately after eating, I felt the HEAT. I don't feel that even eating normal bak kut teh soup. This one really heaty. But taste is not bad. Actually taste better than A1. According to the shop where I bought it from, the person said this brand have extra herbs. Hence the heatiness.

Simple and tasty combination (dry style): Maggi mee with half packet curry powder + Sesame oil = done! Got sesame oil fragrance and a hint of spiciness from the maggi powder
