If the number matters so much (and you only want 1 partticular number and no other alternatives), then better tender cause who knows the person in front of you in the queue could have purchased the number! Ppl tender for the number way before and some even have insiders if the number is HOT. There is a list of hot numbers in the JPJ website that you have to tender, cannot be bought via normal queue. Go check it out...

The que was for those waiting for WWD to be released...those who were OK in getting WWC95XX and above can just breeze through the que....There will be 2 queues there this morning....
