QUOTE(NightHeart @ Jan 12 2012, 02:28 PM) It's possible. I've should have taken a picture of my laundry basket that got destroyed by my glider, she bit off the laundry basket plastic. Since it's quite hard, it happens over a period of time. So if the nylon netting is soft & your glider likes to bite a lot, it's possible to escape over a few hours. There are some people that offers boarding services for SGs. Either that or find some friends that you can trust your SG with for several days. I think it's safer that way. the place i work at provides boarding services for sg. its nilufar pets and aquatic at scott garden at old klang road.

In that case I would trust the collapsible bird cage better.... QUOTE(yueyi5730 @ Jan 11 2012, 09:18 AM) maybe she associate ur hands with treats.. she might thout u offering her treats r ur hands got sweet smelling fragrant.. coz most of the time new ppl bond with treats so when ever u put ur hands out it might signal giving treats to them.. but take ur time try picking her up from her belly insted.. if she charges at ur hand and bite it, it might be becuase it's defensive for jumpy most of the gliders are very alert and every sudden movement they will get startled.. unless u take them out often n mingle with other ppl then they might adapt to noises n new places easily How do I pick them up by the belly? scoop from below is it?

QUOTE(Killerjeff88 @ Jan 12 2012, 08:16 AM) here is my case: went for a trip to penang staying in hotel 3D2N. I brought my suggie along in the bonding pouch. I have a portable cage, Exo Terra Explorarium, which i brought along. I set up the cage and put him in there, then I put that "Do Not Disturb" sign at the room door so nobody comes in I had nobody to take care of my suggie so i have to bring him along no matter what and this method works XD i did the same thing too before~

QUOTE(kira_88 @ Jan 5 2012, 02:08 AM) hi, need to ask some quick question here.i've noticed this few days that my sg hissing everytime during pooing. is this normal?i've done some googling and find no solution yet. anybody here have experienced this?if not im thinking of bringing it to the vet. his diet consist mainly of fruit such as apple mango and some other fruit.some vegetable and also bugsy hpw complete they say when it hisses during defecation, it's due too constipation. jus feed it apple juice will do. but, my SG always hisses when it defecate and the poo just come out easily. so far till now no problem with it.
