Hi all,

Any ideal the cost of having the basic metal awning (normal metal, zinc with form or Alumbond) as the drawing attached? It is for my laundry area and my location is PJ.

Thanks.

Anyone installed their awning with manhole? I need a manhole to let user access for aircond and water tank service.

'Manhole' is an opening in a street usually covered by a heavy, metal lid, for allowing workers to reach underground pipes and wires.

Are you refering to 'Airwell' inside your house?

Yes. The finishing very nice like wooden ceiling. The price still ok if compare to polycarbonate and glass. We choice this type of roof as we think of long term usage and less maintenance. Surprising the metal roof with insulation is very quiet during rainny day.

Yes lo. Glass is expensive. When new ok la .. looks nice. But after few years with dirt and stains .. it will not look so nice unless you clean it up lo ..

with so many brands out there, you probably have to do some trial and error and refer to manufacturer's guide line. even the extrusion profile is different between manufacturers.

for example, delux with its own polyroof X25 uses it quite successfully from the examples i saw. no reason to see why such similar products are having quality issue in this era if precautions and install techniques are taken correctly.

anyone here installed this X25? does it cost a lot? More expensive than glass?

Sunday ?

The shoddy work of the joint and the attachment to the concrete.

Your house surrounding wall do play apart for the wind to dissipate out fast.
