did you find the standing metal seam roof supplier to supply in small qty?

found a few but all want project basis and at a offce building size order qty..

online ? haha, i think shipping would be a killer.
didnt consider even if online china shop has it for sale.

currently, new trend here seems to be supplying foam insulated zinc roof panels. maybe no need use those polycarbonates to make awning. so noisy n not.

yeah i know its old tech.. but dealer seems to be carrying it more. last time hard to check this product for availability for casual buyers.

perhaps wrong installation technique including end tape seals and gasket, aluminium channels or not using the latest materials that is in the market in 2017.
doesnt mean whole world which is selling this product is facing this issue as what u mention.

with so many brands out there, you probably have to do some trial and error and refer to manufacturer's guide line. even the extrusion profile is different between manufacturers.

for example, delux with its own polyroof X25 uses it quite successfully from the examples i saw. no reason to see why such similar products are having quality issue in this era if precautions and install techniques are taken correctly.

thats because they use thin ugly purlins/rafters as the frame with no sense of proportions

even if curve awning use ugly frame which they often do here, will look super dated and ugly like local bus stop design.

usually the people who make this, the wood cincai prepare wan. dunno what paint they paint over the wood also.

get a properly made wood frame nicer lo. if really want to go for look.
just dun simply use sampah wood and cincai painting.
