Investors a lot? Yes a lot. Like other taikor said, dunno 10, 50 or 500 is consider a lot.

Anyhow, I can see and asked the agents camped there, abt at least 50% for own stay.

Few units with lights on at night? It was due to too many units under renovation and most of the contractors stuck to deliveron on time due to too many bulk units for discount and only 3 lifts for them to share for each block.

some are few agent selling 1 unit, some are just put it up pancing buyers.. some are pancing owner to list.. some didnt hav units to sell but just to get contact.. most are the same agent advertising the same unit over and over again in different day.. in actual fact, no one knows how many are selling

y not search Atmosfera and see how many listing? its not even VP yet.. after VP even more..

renovation not easy... it takes time.. i havent seen any project with at least 50% occupation after just 3 months VP..
my fren vacant his Saffron for a year before he move in..

some are waiting for more ppl occupied, then only move in..
you will have the same experience when your zefer complete after 3 years la.. just sabar...

mmm, u r right... i aso hope Zest a successful project.. to bring up the value of BK and Puchong.. as Zest consider 1 of the famous development in BK and Puchong... kalau successful, then there will be more to come and give that area more happening..

i hope i have the money to do renovation aso... haha...

I think it's stated that we will get to claim our prize sometime after the first payment release from the bank... but I don't know when will that be. If you planning to get rid of your old Ipad then just let her know loh so she don't have to look around anymore.

I hv no idea.. The voucher there just stated ipad.. Didnt say ipad 1, 2 or 3... How many gb?? But i prefer they gv me galaxy note.. cool2.gif

Dear all, i need some advise from you guys...my lawyer quoted me 5.5k for the lawyer fees (Tea Kelvin) for 15xxsq.

How is it computed? I feel it is abit overcharged.

How bout you guys? what is the lawyer fees charged?

You should say quoted u 5.5k for your xxx loan size.

I am sure u were asking loan legal fee biz S&P was free.

How much the 15xx sq ft? What is your loan size?

If 90% loan, I think 5.5k is consider cheap.

Based on loan 564k, Your bill should be abt 10-11k estimated before discount.

So, 5.5k after discount is quite cheap bro ......

RM5.5k exclude stamp duty. I checked with some buyer that the legal fee is slightly lower. any1 that engage Tea & Kelvin ?
