Got problem, maybe he felt a bit liked kena conned, maybe he bought the unit based on the feedbacks from the posters here, whom could be the staff or the son to the developer. LOL.

Just found out that Zefer has a forum here! I am really new to this forum

I just booked a unit last sunday, but now waiting for my bank loan approval. Hopefully it will be approved, fingers crossed! I am just wondering, if I am late to sign the SPA after 15th April (but before 21st April), will I be still entitled to participate in that lucky draw? hehehe....

I wanted to buy a condo in PJ for own stay, but somehow the price now is really high
At the end, I chose zefer in puchong...as i quite like the area there

U familiar with puchong zefer area?? U see there is few condo there and only 1 jalan in and out... U not worried abt the traffic??

Added on April 13, 2012, 1:25 amAlthough there is no issue with the bank loan most of the time, it will be very risky if you sign the SPA first before getting the bank loan offer letter.
Don't know why it takes longer time to process loan application nowadays.

If you can get the bank loan offer letter on Friday, and you're happy with the T&C, quick quick call the law firm to prepare your SPA, and sign it on Saturday, it is just a standard agreement.
Else, think you have no luck for the "Wheel of Fortune".

Anyway, call your Zefer SA to confirm, maybe there is exceptional case, you still can go for the lucky draw.

Hello Everyone~

My bf and I made a booking at Zefer too~ And have made quite a few trips to the site during odd hours and peak hours...

Today I went during jam time after it rained around 6pm and also around 830pm and I'm happy to report it is virtually jam free... but the traffic lights proposed by villamas would greatly help at the jln pipit junction though...

But We're a lil concern cause one of the SA told us Koi Kinrara has a high number of African staying there.. can anyone confirm it?
