I have owned one of property built by Villamas before.. The house quality was nice, size was OK.. but they have problem with waterproofing for the floor.. from the total units around 200, i can say more than 50% of units have problem.. very-very big problem with waterproofing.. water mark every where... Seem like low quality of sand & cement that they used, or maybe the composition is not right.. For a new development by Villamas, still not proven yet they have counter this problem as the new condo build by them are not completed yet (Atmosfera, Serin..).. When I asked this question to the Atmosfera sales person.. the answer that he given was.. 'ohh.. that condo is medium type of condo, that is why you have a lot of problems.. this atmosfera condo is high end type'..  |
