How about those discounts offered previously, still applicable ?

I went to sale office 24 march pay for balance amount to developer, get to know from SA all unit increase 10K, but I forgot to check wether the discount still remain or not.

I think they still remain same offer as previous.

The discount is still remain, saw it on the newspaper.

Have u sign the loan agreement and snp?? Which 1 should be sign first? Loan agreement or snp??

nowadays very hard to get bank loan. i also book unit so far 3 bank already rejected my loan..

already went to see last saturday.

the showroom was quite impressive, especially the beautiful tiles and design.

but the smallest unit at 1356sqft is costing more than 550k now (before rebate).

No matter how i calculate, still could not agree to the price of it, based on the area, and the lack of public amenities.

would rather stick to other condos which are having the same facilities, and near to the LRT at the same price.
