There is one co called Happy Mother renovation.. came to my unit and i just ask for a quote for extension. Price not bad, but what surprised me was that the piling is done using bakau wood and not concrete?? how is this possible? and they have no expertise to do concrete piling. they will call another contractor to do that piling job.

on another note, there are no garbage truck coming in to our area yet. wonder when it will happen as the dogs occupying the area keeps digging the trash bags in the garbage bins in playground area

Hi, I received Aquina VP letter today. I have question on the late interest by Naza TTDI.
Who's suppose to pay late interest? buyer or Bank or Lawyer? The amount is rm3500 and I am taking loan from Maybank.

I had received the VP for Aquina. Based on the statement of account, they charge late payment penalty and when i cross check with my bank statement, the amount already been reimburse. Look like they never update their system promptly and need to clarify with them later on.. i'm not sure if earlier phrase buyer have same experience or not..

Could u enlighten?

a) ask both snp lawyer and bank lawyer for chronology of events
b) make sure that u take note that the date of snp signing, stamping date of snp, disbursement date and the date of both lawyers communicating with each other
c) tell lawyers that ownership of property will only be in ur hands only after stamping date and u r not at fault for that
d) tell developer u will take legal action together with other victims of late payment.
e) Pray to God and hope he is with u

Refer to your bank statement date when each of the completed stage outstanding been paid to TTDI.. Example: Payment already been reimburse to them in Sep but their statement say receive in Dec..

If never get an answer or correction for that, have to get bank lawyer to deal with them..hope they don't simply delay VP because of the late payment charges
